  • Bread

    • 🍞 2 slices of bread
  • Egg

    • 🥚 2 eggs
  • Meat

    • 🥓 4 slices of bacon
  • Cheese / Dairy

    • 🧀 1 slice mozzarella cheese
    • 🧀 1 slice processed cheese

Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the bacon on both sides. Remove excess oil with a paper towel and chop the bacon into small pieces.

Cut the bread slices into a square frame shape, leaving a window-like opening.

Add 5–10g of butter to the pan and place the bread frame on the pan over low heat. If butter is unavailable, pour oil only into the bread opening.

Crack an egg into the bread opening and place the chopped bacon on top. Add cheese slices over the egg.

Place the cut-out square bread piece back on top to close the 'window.'

Cook the bread on both sides until golden brown. Adjust egg doneness to your preference.
