Main
- 2 frozen udon noodles
- 1 can of clams (130g)
- 1/3 stalk white leek
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 25g kaiware sprouts
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 900ml water
Finish
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
步驟
Slice the white leek into small pieces. Cut the lemon into 6 thin slices. Trim the kaiware sprouts and cut them into bite-sized lengths.
Boil water in a pot and add the canned clams along with their juice. Once boiling, add the frozen udon noodles and cook according to package instructions. Season with salt and chicken stock powder.
Serve the udon in bowls, topping with lemon slices, kaiware sprouts, and white leek. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
