- 🌰 200g walnuts
- 120g dried anchovies
Seasonings
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 3.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 3 tbsp mirin
- A pinch of sesame seeds
步骤
Boil water in a pot, add walnuts, and blanch for 10 seconds.
Rinse walnuts in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Place walnuts in a pot with soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, corn syrup, mirin, and 200ml water. Simmer for 7-8 minutes until glossy and reduced.
In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil and stir-fry anchovies on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Combine the cooked walnuts and remaining sauce with the stir-fried anchovies. Mix well.
Stir-fry the mixture on low heat for 30 seconds, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve.
