Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🍄 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 🥬 1 cup mixed greens
Salad Dressing
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp minced red chili
步骤
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Place the fried tofu on a serving plate.
In the same pan, sauté sliced vegetables until slightly softened.
Layer sautéed vegetables over the tofu.
Add mixed greens generously on top.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, minced green onion, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and minced red chili to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
