Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 400g minced pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 chili peppers
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasonings
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 To taste black pepper
步骤
Cook minced pork in a pot until halfway done. Add soy sauce, sugar, and half of the minced garlic for seasoning. Continue cooking until fully done.
Add gochujang, red pepper powder, the remaining minced garlic, and black pepper to the pork. Stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Slice tofu into thin, wide pieces. Chop onion, green onion, and chili peppers into diagonal slices.
Add tofu, onion, green onion, and chili peppers to the boiling stew. Cook until everything is heated through.
