- 1 piece (190g) thick fried tofu
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
- 5 shiso leaves
Mentaiko Mayo
- 1 piece (50g) mentaiko
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
步骤
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents. Mix the mentaiko, mayonnaise, and milk in a bowl to create the mentaiko mayo sauce.
Trim the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Pat the thick fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil, then cut it into 8 equal pieces. Cut the melting cheese slices in half.
Layer the tofu, melting cheese, and mentaiko mayo sauce in sequence, then place them horizontally in a heatproof container.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown. Garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
