    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 💧 3 tbsp water

Blend red chilies, green chilies, and garlic into a coarse paste using a blender.

Mix sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and water in a bowl to prepare the soy sauce mix.
