Main Ingredients
- 🍠 1 steamed sweet potato
- 🥛 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍞 2 slices of bread
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🍖 1 slice ham
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp syrup
步骤
Blend steamed sweet potato with milk and oligosaccharide until smooth. Adjust milk quantity to avoid overly runny texture.
Spread the blended sweet potato evenly on one slice of bread.
Place a slice of ham on top of the sweet potato layer.
Add another layer of sweet potato on top of the ham.
Cut a hole in the center of the second slice of bread.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the sweet potato layer, then add the bread with the hole on top.
Crack an egg into the hole of the bread.
Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise over the top, then bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10–15 minutes.
Cook the egg to a soft-boiled consistency and add syrup if desired. Serve immediately.
