- 1 block tofu
- 1/3 green onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
步骤
Take out one block of tofu from the fridge.
Cut the tofu into small cube shapes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, corn syrup, gochujang, ketchup, oyster sauce, and minced garlic.
Check the tofu while frying to ensure it is cooking evenly.
Once golden brown, add the chopped green onion to the pan.
Reduce the heat to low and pour the sauce over the tofu. Stir well and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Plate the tofu beautifully and serve.
