    • 🍄 1/2 enoki mushroom, torn
    • 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
    • 🥚 1 egg
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 4 tbsp corn syrup
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 🧂 1 tsp salt

步骤

Slice the onion and tear the enoki mushroom into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until softened. Sprinkle a bit of salt while cooking. Set aside.

In another pan, heat oil and scramble the egg until soft and fluffy.

Place cooked rice into a bowl.

Add the glazed pork belly on top and drizzle the remaining sauce around.
