    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 3 tsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 🧅 a small amount of green onion
    • a small amount of sesame seeds

Remove the stems from the shishito peppers, wash them thoroughly, and poke holes using a fork.

Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat, add the peppers and 2 tbsp oyster sauce, and stir-fry gently.

Once the peppers soften, add dried shrimp and stir-fry. Add cooking wine, chili powder, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and continue to stir-fry gently.

Turn off the heat and mix in corn syrup, green onion, and sesame seeds.
