- 1 bag fish cake
- 1 green chili
- 🧅 1/3 onion

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 pinch black pepper

步骤
Cut fish cake, onion, and green chili into appropriate sizes.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onion for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add fish cake to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing oyster sauce, minced garlic, corn syrup, black pepper, and water.
Pour the sauce into the pan and mix evenly with the ingredients.
Add green chili and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Optionally, skip the chili if you prefer less spice.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
