- 🍢 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 3 chili peppers, sliced

- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the tofu into cubes by slicing it in a cross pattern, then divide into smaller pieces.
In a pot, add water (about two finger-widths deep) and bring to a boil over high heat. Add 1 tsp fermented shrimp, 2 tbsp red pepper flakes, and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and taste the broth. If it's too bland, add 1 tsp salt to adjust the seasoning.
Add the tofu cubes to the pot. Slice 3 chili peppers and 1/2 stalk green onion, then add them along with 1 tsp minced garlic.
Let the stew boil vigorously until the tofu is cooked through and the flavors meld together.
Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer briefly before serving.
