- 🌱 1 green onion
- 5 perilla leaves

- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
步骤
Remove the skin from the squids using a kitchen towel.
Cut the squids into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the onion and green onion into small pieces.
Slice the perilla leaves into long strips.
Mix all the seasonings together to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and add the green onion to make green onion oil.
Once the green onion is slightly cooked, add the squid and stir-fry.
When the squid is partially cooked, add the onion and continue stir-frying.
Add the sauce and stir-fry until everything is well coated.
Add the perilla leaves and give it a final stir.
Serve hot and enjoy!
