Main Ingredients
- 300g tofu, cut into 6 pieces
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 2 green chili peppers, chopped
- 400ml anchovy stock
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

Soak tofu in water for 10 minutes, then cut into 6 pieces.

Slice onion, green onion, and chop chili peppers.

Heat cooking oil in a pot, add minced garlic and chili powder to create chili oil.
