    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 1 tsp salt

  • Broth

    • 💧 6 cups water
    • 1 cup anchovy stock (optional)
  • Garnish

    • 🌱 2 stalks chopped green onion
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.

Pour in water and anchovy stock (if using). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes.
