    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2.5 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of black pepper

步骤

Slice the onion, cut chives into 5cm lengths, chop green onion and chili peppers finely, and cut pork into bite-sized pieces.

Soak sliced onion in cold water for 10 minutes to remove its sharp taste.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade.

Marinate the pork in the prepared sauce for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, cook the pork until halfway done, then add chili peppers and green onion and stir-fry until fully cooked.

Plate the dish by layering chives and onion on a serving plate, placing the cooked pork on top, and sprinkling sesame seeds to finish.
