- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 green chilies
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1 cup anchovy stock
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- A dash of black pepper
