Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 green chilies
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 200 ml water
步骤
Prepare all ingredients and mix the seasoning sauce in advance.
Chop the green chilies and green onion finely, and slice the onion.
Cut the tofu into your desired size.
Pat the tofu dry gently using a kitchen towel.
Heat perilla oil in a pan and pan-fry the tofu on medium heat until golden on both sides.
Once the tofu is golden, add all the chopped vegetables on top.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce evenly over the tofu and vegetables.
Cover the pan and simmer on medium heat, occasionally stirring and spooning the sauce over the tofu and vegetables.
When the sauce thickens and is absorbed, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with rice.
