- 🍜 500g somyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 handful napa cabbage kimchi
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp red pepper powder
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Garnish
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds

Boil water and cook somyeon noodles until tender.

While noodles cook, chop kimchi finely and mix with all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Once noodles are cooked, rinse them under cold water and rub gently to remove excess starch.

Drain noodles and add them to the seasoned kimchi mixture.

Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
