    • 1/2 bell pepper, julienned

    • 60g Spam, julienned
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 1/5 tsp flavored salt
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of black sesame seeds
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Julienne the potato, onion, bell pepper, and Spam into thin strips.

Rinse the potato slices twice in cold water to remove excess starch.

Boil water, add 1/2 tbsp salt, and blanch the potatoes for 2 minutes until semi-transparent. Drain and rinse.

Blanch the Spam briefly in the same water to reduce excess oil.

Heat a pan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil, add the potatoes and onion, and season with 1/5 tsp flavored salt. Stir-fry until softened.

Add the Spam and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry until everything is cooked through.

Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds. Serve hot.
