Main Ingredients
- 120g spam
- 🥬 80g cabbage
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 2 dashes black pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 dashes black pepper
- 💧 4 tbsp water
步骤
Cut the spam in half. Score the front side vertically and the back side diagonally.
Thinly slice the cabbage, green onion, and onion.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion to make scallion oil.
Add cabbage to the pan and stir-fry. Season with 2 pinches of salt and 2 dashes of black pepper.
Place the stir-fried vegetables over hot rice in a bowl.
Pan-fry the scored spam without adding oil until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, black pepper, and water to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the cooked spam and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the spam.
Serve the glazed spam over the rice and vegetables.
