- 1/2 block spam
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs, whisked
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a small amount
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1/2 cup water
步骤
Slice the spam into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the onion, and chop the green onion.
Mix the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, sugar, and water. Adjust the sweetness and saltiness to taste.
Whisk 2 eggs to create an egg mixture. You can use 1 or 2 eggs based on your preference.
Pan-fry the spam in a heated pan without oil until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
In a pot, bring the sauce mixture and sliced onions to a boil until the onions become translucent.
Add the cooked spam to the pot and simmer together with the sauce.
Pour the egg mixture around the pot without stirring. Let it cook until slightly set. Stir gently if you prefer fully cooked eggs.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and serve over rice.
