步骤
Wash the oyster mushrooms under running water and trim the stems.
Boil water with a pinch of salt and blanch the oyster mushrooms.
Rinse the blanched mushrooms under cold water.
Squeeze the mushrooms by hand to remove excess water.
Add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil to the mushrooms.
