- 🥔 381g potatoes, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
Protein
- 200g canned ham, diced
Liquid
- 200ml broth
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Hongge soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Small amount of sesame seeds
步骤
Prepare all ingredients by dicing potatoes, onions, and canned ham.
Blanch the canned ham briefly in boiling water.
Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the diced potatoes until translucent.
Add diced onions to the pan and continue sautéing until onions are translucent.
Add the diced ham to the pan and sauté briefly.
Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
Add all seasonings: gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, Hongge soy sauce, oligosaccharide, corn syrup, and minced garlic.
Simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
