步骤
Boil water and blanch the bean sprouts for about 2 minutes. Avoid overcooking.
Cool the bean sprouts in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Place the squeezed bean sprouts in a bowl and tear crab sticks into small pieces. Add them to the bowl.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Mix well.
Serve the bean sprout salad as a simple side dish.
