- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in miso sauce
 
Vegetables
- 20g dried hijiki
 - 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
 - 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
 
Condiments
- 1 tsp sesame oil
 - 1 tsp concentrated men-tsuyu
 
Liquid
- 💧 50cc water
 
步骤
Rehydrate the dried hijiki in plenty of water, then drain. Julienne the carrot and slice the shiitake mushrooms after removing their stems.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and hijiki, and stir-fry until softened. Add the mackerel can with its sauce and water, breaking up the mackerel as you stir. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook until the liquid reduces. Add the men-tsuyu and stir to combine.
