- 🍚 2 cups cooked white rice
Seafood
- 🍤 200g shrimp
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Rinse the shrimp under water and cook them in a pan. Drain any excess water.
Cook 2 eggs in the pan as scrambled eggs or half-cooked eggs.
Add olive oil to the shrimp and lightly stir-fry. Then add the rice, oyster sauce, and soy sauce, and stir-fry together.
Add the half-cooked eggs and chopped green onion to the pan.
Stir-fry on high heat until everything is well combined and heated through.
Plate the fried rice.
Top the dish with a sunny-side-up or half-cooked fried egg.
