- Seafood - 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
- 120g sliced squid
 
- Oil and Seasoning - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
 
- Aurora Sauce - 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥚 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
 
- Topping - A pinch of chopped parsley

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp. Wash with water and pat dry using kitchen paper.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, squid, and grated garlic. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
