- 1 pack bean sprouts
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced

- 1 pack Vienna sausages

- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 💧 1 cup water
- A small amount of cooking oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
步骤
Prepare all ingredients by cleaning and slicing them as needed.
Slice onion into thin strips, green onion diagonally, and Vienna sausages into bite-sized pieces. Blanch sausages briefly in boiling water to remove impurities.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté sausages until partially cooked. Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
Add green onion, onion, and bean sprouts to the pan. Mix in all condiments except sesame oil (gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic). Stir well.
Cover the pan and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. Ensure the lid is fully closed or fully open to prevent a fishy smell from the bean sprouts.
Once the bean sprouts are softened and the sauce thickens, check for doneness. Add more water if needed and cook further.
Finish by stirring in sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds. Serve hot.
