Chop the vegetables (bell pepper and onion) into similar-sized pieces.

Make small cuts on the sausages and blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute to remove excess fat.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry the vegetables quickly to retain their crunch.
