- 🌭 200g sausages
 - 1 bell pepper, chopped
 - 🧅 1 onion, chopped
 
Sauce
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
 - 💧 3 tbsp water
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp corn syrup
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 
步骤
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, water, gochujang, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Chop the vegetables (bell pepper and onion) into similar-sized pieces.
Make small cuts on the sausages and blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute to remove excess fat.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry the vegetables quickly to retain their crunch.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir well with the vegetables.
Add the blanched sausages to the pan and stir-fry everything together until well combined.
Serve the sausage and vegetable stir-fry hot.
