- 3 satoimo (250g)
 - 1/4 bag mizuna
 - 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
 
Seasoning
- 1 can tuna (70g)
 - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut mizuna into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water, then drain.

Peel and cut satoimo into bite-sized pieces. Rub with salt (not listed) to remove slime, rinse with water, and drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Mash the heated satoimo roughly while still hot. Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and mix well. Add mizuna and onion, then mix again.
