Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Slice the onion and soak it in cold water, then drain.
Prepare the sauce by mixing cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water, minced garlic, ginger powder, and a pinch of pepper.
Heat a pan and cook the pork belly until golden brown on both sides, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
