- Grains - 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
 
- Protein - 1 can saba (mackerel) in water
- 🥚 2 eggs
 
- Vegetables - 1/3 bunch komatsuna, chopped
 
- Condiments - 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Oils - 1 tbsp salad oil
 
- Toppings - Bonito flakes, as needed

Drain the saba can. Mix the cooked white rice with the eggs in a bowl. Chop the komatsuna into 1 cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Add the saba and komatsuna, stir-frying for about 2 minutes.

Add the rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the rice becomes fluffy. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper, mixing well.

Serve on a plate and top with bonito flakes.
