- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥕 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 🥔 1/2 cup diced potato
- 2 tbsp dried anchovies
- 🧀 4 slices cheese
- 🧅 1/2 cup diced onion
- 8 sheets rice paper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
步骤
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp cooking oil. Sauté diced carrot, potato, and onion until softened.
Add dried anchovies and cooked rice to the pan. Season with oyster sauce and stir-fry until well combined. Finish with a drop of sesame oil.
Soak rice paper sheets in hot water until softened.
Place the stir-fried rice mixture and a slice of cheese onto each rice paper sheet. Roll tightly.
Pan-fry the rolls in a lightly oiled pan until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with perilla leaves or salad on the side, as preferred.
