- 🧂 Salt to taste
步骤
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly with cold water and drain.
Boil 2 liters of water in a pot until it reaches a rolling boil.
Add the washed bean sprouts to the boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes.
Remove 80-90% of the cooked bean sprouts and set them aside for making a side dish.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and salt to taste to the remaining soup. Adjust seasoning based on preference.
Add a generous handful of chopped green onion and simmer for another 3 minutes.
