- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 🦐 1 handful shrimp or octopus
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🌱 1 handful bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
步骤
Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, and 1/4 tsp sugar to create the seasoning sauce.
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and chop the green onion.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion to make green onion oil.
Add 1 handful of seafood to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated with the sauce.
Add 1 handful of bean sprouts and stir-fry until they start to wilt.
Push the rice to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice and stir well to combine.
