- 🥬 700g napa cabbage
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
Condiments
- 4 tbsp mirin
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
步骤
Cut the napa cabbage into 2–4 sections depending on size.
Slice the onion thinly.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Slice the green chili diagonally.
Layer the sliced onion and napa cabbage in a pot.
Add green chili, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar on top of the cabbage.
Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 20–30 minutes.
Open the lid and flip the cabbage pieces.
Add the chopped green onion and cook uncovered on high heat for 5–10 minutes to reduce the sauce.
