- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- To taste black pepper

- 🍚 1 pack instant rice
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
步骤
Chop the onion, zucchini, green onion, enoki mushrooms, and perilla leaves finely.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into small pieces using kitchen scissors.
Mix minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion and onion until fragrant.
Add the pork belly to the pan, season with mirin and black pepper, and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well.
Add all the chopped vegetables and stir-fry until the flavors are well combined.
Add the instant rice and stir-fry until everything is well mixed and heated through.
