- 🥗 1/6 radish, sliced
- 4 pieces pollock roe
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1L anchovy kelp stock
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Optional soy sauce for seasoning
步骤
Slice the radish into thin pieces, chop the green onion and green chili, and cut the pollock roe into 4–5 pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté the radish slices.
Pour the anchovy kelp stock into the pot and add minced garlic. Bring to a boil.
Add the pollock roe to the boiling soup and let it cook thoroughly.
Add pepper, green chili, and green onion. Let the soup boil once more and adjust seasoning with soy sauce or salt if needed.
