Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, chopped
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 100 ml water
步骤
Slice the tofu into thick pieces.
Slice the onion, chop the green onion, chili pepper, and red chili pepper.
Mix chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and water to make the sauce. Add onion and green onion to the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until lightly golden on both sides.
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu in the pan and let it simmer briefly.
Cook until the onion softens, adding a little water if the sauce reduces too much. Serve directly from the pan.
