- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 Enough water to submerge potatoes
- 2 rounds of oil in the pan

步骤
Cut the 8 potatoes into 12 pieces each.
Soak the potato pieces in water for 10 minutes to remove starch.
Heat a pan and add 2 rounds of oil.
Add 10 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, and enough water to submerge the potatoes.
Cook the potatoes on high heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
