- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步骤
Wash the kohlrabi thoroughly and peel the skin. Slice it thinly into bite-sized strips.
Mix the sliced kohlrabi with 2 tsp salt and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Grind 1 tbsp sesame seeds to prepare sesame powder.
Drain the kohlrabi and discard the excess water. Add 1 tsp minced garlic to the kohlrabi.
Add 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp plum syrup, a dash of sesame oil, and the ground sesame powder. Mix well.
Serve the kohlrabi salad fresh and enjoy its crunchy texture.
