    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp mirin
    • A dash of black pepper
  • Sauce

    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1.5 tbsp corn syrup

Marinate the pork with soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and black pepper.
