- 🐖 500g pork shoulder
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
 - 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
 - 1 green chili, sliced
 - 1 red chili, sliced
 - 🥬 1/6 head of kimchi, chopped
 
Oils & Seasonings
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
 - A dash of sesame oil
 - A dash of sesame seeds
 
Marinade
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 1.5 tbsp mirin
 - A dash of black pepper
 
Sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
 
步骤
Marinate the pork with soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and black pepper.
Slice the onion, green onion, green chili, and red chili.
Chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the marinated pork on high heat.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Add the sliced vegetables and kimchi to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Finish with a dash of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
