- 🥚 1 block tofu
- 6 sheets seasoned seaweed
- Adequate cornstarch
- A bit of vegetable oil
- A bit of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp water

Remove excess water from tofu and cut into 12 pieces.

Cut seasoned seaweed into halves or match tofu size.

Attach a piece of seaweed to each tofu slice and coat with cornstarch.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry tofu until golden brown.

Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and simmer on low heat.
