    • 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
    • 50g of diced ham
    • 10g of diced zucchini

  • Omurice Sauce

    • 3 tbsp of tonkatsu sauce
    • 🍅 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup
    • 1 tsp of corn syrup
    • 1 tsp of oyster sauce
    • 🧄 1 tsp of minced garlic
    • A small amount of ground pepper
    • 5 tbsp of water

步骤

Wash all ingredients and boil water for blanching the broccoli.

Dice all vegetables and ham; mix sauce ingredients except garlic and pepper in a bowl.

Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add mixed sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer for 1 minute until thickened. Add pepper and stir.

Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water briefly, then rinse in cold water.

Heat butter in a pan and sauté carrots and ham until softened.

Add remaining vegetables and a pinch of salt; stir-fry until cooked.

Add rice to the pan and stir-fry until mixed well. Add ketchup and stir-fry until rice is evenly coated.

Turn off heat, add sesame oil and pepper, mix well, and transfer to a plate.

Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, pour beaten egg, and swirl to create a thin omelet.

Place fried rice on one side of the omelet, fold the other side over, and transfer to a plate.

Garnish with broccoli and tomato, then pour homemade sauce over the omurice.
