- 🍞 4 slices of bread
Protein
- 🍖 4 slices of sandwich ham
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices of cheddar cheese
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves of lettuce
- 🍅 1 sliced tomato
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1.5 tsp sugar
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步骤
Wash lettuce and tomato thoroughly and drain the water.
Prepare ham, cheese, and bread. Slice the ham if not pre-sliced.
Slice the tomato thinly. Be careful as it can be slippery.
Toast the bread lightly in a pan without oil or use a toaster.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the sauce. Spread it on one side of the bread.
Layer lettuce on the bread.
Add sliced tomato on top of the lettuce.
Place ham and cheese in order on top of the tomato.
Spread sauce on another slice of bread and place it on top.
Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve. Refrigerate if not eaten immediately.
