Seasoned Ribs Ingredients
- 350g pork ribs
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步骤
Wash the pork ribs and soak them in milk to remove odors.
Marinate the ribs with cooking wine, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and herbs.
Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the ribs for 20 minutes.
